The purpose of our priority waiting list is to get you a puppy as quickly as possible. We understand that sometimes when we get a puppy for you the timing is not ideal. Because of this we will allow you to pass and wait for the next litter ONE time (If you choose to pass on the second puppy offered to you we will remove you from our waiting list and $100 deposit is forfeit). Please do not get on our waiting list until you are ready for a puppy or indicate on your form when you will be ready for a puppy (longest wait can be is 8 months. See below for more deatils). Even if our list is long, we have gone all the way through it, down to the last person when placing puppies.

To be placed on our waiting list for puppies already born we must first have received your deposit and signed Puppy Holding Agreement form (that I send you).

For deposits we accept Cash and Venmo. Deposits are non-refundable. Puppies go home at 8 weeks (unless another date has been agreed upon). We will make an acception if pickup is a day or two within the 8 week mark. If puppy is not picked up by 8 weeks we charge $15/day for boarding and extra medical expenses. Buyer must indicate which puppy they would like at time of deposit. Deposits can be transferred to another available puppy in the same litter at any time. If buyer changes their mind and wants to wait until anther litter the puppy they originally chose must be 6 weeks old or younger. If puppy is over 6 weeks and buyer no longer wants puppy their $200 deposit is considered forfeit and seller has no further obligations to buyer.

With your non-refundable holding fee of $100, you will be placed IN ORDER of the time we receive your holding fee on this priority waiting list for the puppy of your specifications. When we get a puppy that we believe matches what you're looking for, you will be notified according to your position on the priority waiting list. If you are happy with the puppy choice, then you will be required to place an additional holding fee of $200 to have the puppy held for you. Holding fees will go towards final asking price. Holding fees ARE transferable to another puppy within the same litter at any time. If buyer wants to wait for another litter AFTER having a specific puppy reserved for them, that puppy must be 6 weeks old or younger to do so. If buyer no longer wants the puppy deposit was placed on and puppy is over 6 weeks old, deposit is considered forfeit at that time and seller has no further obligations to buyer. If a suitable choice is presented to you and you choose not to follow through with adopting a puppy, your holding fee will be considered forfeited at that time.

Buyers will only be allowed to stay on the waiting list for a year unless a puppy matching their specifications never becomes available during that time. If this is the case the buyer may opt to stay on the list for an additional agreed upon time by buyer and us here at Draper Doodles. If we do not get a puppy of your specifications (breed, gender and/or color), within one year from the date you place your deposit and you do not want to remain on our waiting list we will refund your $100. For deposits we accept Cash and Venmo  At pick up we accept Cash only unless we are shipping puppy to you. We will make other arrangements in those circumstances. ​

 If you would like to get on our waiting list to reserve your spot in line but have us wait to start contacting you until a future date you will need to indicate that on your waiting list form. There is a place at the top of the form to specify this. If you do write in a future contact date in that slot we will not contact you about available puppies until that time. Please put the earliest date you can take a puppy home. (Not puppies birth date or picking time dates) -Your wait time cannot exceed 8 months. If you need to extend your wait time after submitting this form it needs to be before I have started contacting you about available puppies, or you will lose your one-time pass, and less than 8 months from when you originally sent in the form. -If you like a puppy in a current litter but your wait time has not been reached yet (example: Puppy is ready to go home mid April but you asked us to wait until May to start contacting) you will have to wait until all others in the waiting list have been contacted first before you will have a chance to choose from that litter. This is only fair to the other families on the list that may have based their decision of getting on our waiting list by how many families were ahead of them at picking time. -Your 1-year time limit to stay on our waiting list will not start until the “Date to Start Contacting” indicated above. ​

If using venmo to make a deposit, the 'goods and services' button presented at check-out can not be clicked or fees are charged. If you click this button we will refund you your payment (minus the charged fees) and ask that you send payment a different way or you may use venmo again and not click the goods and services button! ​

Because of our work schedules and time requirements with our puppies, we only take and send pictures once per week. This will usually happen on the weekends. Please keep this in mind before you decide to place a deposit on one of our puppies. We also only accept CASH at pick-up if you are picking up your puppy in person. If we are shipping him/her to you we will make other arrangements for final payments.
